That spells trouble for the businesses that got swept up in the ERC claim craze.<\/p>\n<p>But, the IRS has decided to extend another chance for you to take back that ERC claim. They recently <i>re-opened<\/i> the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.irs.gov\/newsroom\/withdraw-an-employee-retention-credit-erc-claim\"><span style=\"color:#1155CC;\">claim withdrawal<\/span><\/a> option.
