Due to the approach of Hurricane Irma, our office will be closed on Friday (9/08) as of 5:00 PM (or sooner depending on the weather condition), but we expect to resume business as usual on Tuesday (9/12) pending the outcome of Irma.
We are very aware of the corporate tax deadline of 09/15. We suspect the IRS will extend the deadline of 09/15 as its usually customary during a disaster such as Harvey and Irma, nevertheless, we cannot rely on this assumption until the IRS has posted notice on its website.
